On our route, we will get to know two quite different areas of the Island, the South area, the tourism area, and the West area, that of our grandparents who work in the tomato plants that previously occupied the area that our grandparents occupy today. We will learn how the tourist boom was and the changes that this caused in the Canarian culture, in their life habits, we will know their gastronomy and of course, the caves where they lived.
